At Soccer03, we want you to be fully satisfied with your kit; if your jersey doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your Soccer03 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unworn jerseys in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our sports apparel team inspects the returned items for authenticity and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
